CSR - Customer Service Representative Nerdify Employee Review

Lots of support, love the mission, perks & bonuses.

Can't think of any type of cons.

1. The people who work there are the very definition of a team. I got in as a marketing intern and for 3 months that I've spent at Nerdify I found these guys to be true professionals. It’s not just what they do that impressed me but the attitude towards one another that spoke for what kind people they really are. They are the reason why I felt as a part of the team since day one. 2. The company vision was the main reason why I applied for an internship at Nerdify. I was not disappointed. Their values and intention to help people are at the core of their business. 3. They always have some snacks on the house. I appreciate that a lot more than I thought I would. 4. Most employees bike to work. Props for keeping it green. Also, keeps a few parking spots available at all times even for interns like myself.

I couldn't get along with one of the managers at first. The misunderstanding was quickly dealt with by one of the team leads but it still took me a few days to get over it.
