One of the best teams I've been on. • Leadership is transparent and clearly invested in the company's direction • Strong remote culture with real flexibility and no expectation to always be "on". My particular manager is big on PTO meaning actually taking time away without continuing to check email/teams. • Competitive compensation and benefits — this the first time in at least 6 years my compensation matches my value. • Lots of opportunity to take ownership early, especially in marketing — career growth feels very real • Onboarding is smoother than at larger orgs thanks to how approachable everyone is
