* Awesome work culture * Friday Beer Bash * VTO (Voluntary time off) * Frequent all hands to know the company roadmap
Cons
* Frequent lay offs ( which started after 2012 ) * unnecessary mails matters to get the visibility in upper management * rating quota is fixed for each team in appraisal ( In small team if everyone is good, still the manager has to give low rating to someone in the team )
