      Pros

      Pretty good (not great) benefits. It's a decent place to make average IT sales money.

      Cons

      If you make good money one year in sales, they'll screw you the next year. It's every other year opportunity. Okay for "C" players, not top sales talent.

      NetApp is a prestigious company, working for this company will be a great resume boost if you cannot break into top fortune 500 companies. Relatively easy to get into NetApp. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs. Understaffed which could equate to higher expected output.

      Company has had many layoffs and seems to have made poor choices on acquired companies. Too much emphasis on promoting to rebalance company on DEI standards not on merit or ability of employee
