Pros
Good work-life balance. Great transparency and appreciation for work. You get to see the impact of your work on the company. Great/diverse technology to learn about. Good learning resources/engineering support (this is easy to ignore, but they prevent a lot of frustration otherwise).
Cons
Payscale wasn't at par with expectations/peer companies. 2 "imposed" shutdowns every year. At times, too much focus on reporting and communication on managerial level.....kind of overwhelming. Product development needs better engineers.
