Lot of scope to go in depth in technology Lot of forums to learn and share knowledge Twice a year shutdown provides great vacation time and allows to refresh mind body and soul lot of email groups for everything to discuss with all employees :) No need to setup lab. have a dedicated team for that. Dedicated WPR team which takes care of fun activities across the site every quarter like games, dance, fashion show etc free snacks, beer bash and lot of options in cafe
Cons
Frequent re-org's and layoff's off late. no certainty on job Hardly any travel opportunities for IC's and cost cutting on travel, team building activities delayed hikes and not so great hikes growth as in promotions are very slow
