The company is so big that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Also if you are low man on the totem pole you get dumped on, overworked, work really longs days, receive no thanks/appreciaton and end up doing other folks work for them while they get credit. If you come up with an idea, they grab and sell it as their own.
