Cons
NetBrain talks a big game about innovation and leadership, but my experience was the opposite: bloated management, poor communication, and a culture that felt more focused on appearances than execution. The leadership under the CEO came across as disconnected from employees and customers alike, with constant churn, unrealistic expectations, and little accountability when things went wrong.
What’s most disappointing is seeing major firms like Blackstone associated with a company that, from the outside, looks far more polished than it actually operates internally. The product promises efficiency, but the organization itself often felt inefficient, reactive, and overly political.
Overall, I would not recommend working with or for this company unless major leadership and cultural changes happen first.
