Pros
For a pilot, schedule, schedule, and also schedule. Seven days on and seven days off with vacations of twenty-one straight days off is UNHEARD OF in the corporate flying world. Great aircraft, widely varying destinations and interesting passengers.
Cons
Horrible relationship between new management and the pilots union (plenty of blame on BOTH sides for that), inadequate and directionless Owner Services department fumbling way too many situations that crew members have to fix, obsessive focus on nickels and dimes when tens of thousands are walking out the door in lost business and company created inefficiencies.
