      Pros

      Great medical benefits, 401K and ability to keep airline/hotel points for personal use. Most of our owners/clientele are great and happy to be flying with us.

      Cons

      Schedule is extremely hectic, planes are constantly flying, no quality of life on the road, 10-14 hour days w/short layovers and the hotels have gotten worse. Company controls you and your schedule while on the road and they are relentless.

      Did not really have the opportunity to talk with the crew. For safety reasons, they were behind closed doors. But, it could have been fun to hear stories, and let them get to know is )outside of the flying) and what we do.
