Militant Management Firing pilots to create fear for contractual concessions. - Pilot NetJets Employee Review

The new management has gone on the attack against pilots after a failure to obtain concessionary work rules for them. They are now firing pilots who miss filing dates for expense reporting, even when said pilots have death in the family. They are firing pilots for calling in sick due to emotional distress caused by death of an immediate family member. They are attempting to create fear amongst the pilot group in order to force them to work more for less. Do NOT come to work here, especially if you are a pilot, flight attendant, or maintenance person. You will regret it.
