      Pros

      Benefits package is great and free regardless of family size. It is an interesting company to work for with a business model unlike any other company out there. It has a great reputation for being the best private aviation company in the world.

      Cons

      The pay is semi-competitive with what you would see elsewhere. Many jobs, exempt and non-expempt, require rotating or varied schedules. Most jobs you have to start out on one of those schedules. The PTO program is horrible. There are no sick days, personal days, or flex days. You get very little vacation and the 10 given holidays. Very poor.

      Did not really have the opportunity to talk with the crew. For safety reasons, they were behind closed doors. But, it could have been fun to hear stories, and let them get to know is )outside of the flying) and what we do.
