Stuck in decades past- poor culture - Anonymous employee NetJets Employee Review

Mgmt and individuals, majority of whom have worked with the company for years, are stuck in their ways of using old processes, dated ways of thinking for progression, modernisation. The teams aren't very inclusive as again, many/most have worked there for years, they like who they know. And this is evident accross all teams in different geographical locations. Its a big clique. Very little room to fit in or for progression unless you joined 10 or more years ago.
