Where to start.... From where I stand, the current Netjets is a mess. A culture of fear, a management team that seems committed to making Netjets one of the worst places in aviation and steadily increasing work load makes Netjets a company that I would avoid if I was looking for a flying career. It's hard to describe just how different a company Netjets is from the company I was thrilled to be hired at over 14 years ago. There is zero vision, zero understanding of what made Netjets the brand image that is now steadily being chipped away. Like many of my fellow Netjets pilots I am looking for a new job.
