Pros
I gave this review two stars because after 12 years of working here this company still means something to me and still has the potential to be something great. Though not much chance. We still fly descent equipment. And the flight crews have the opportunity to live most anywhere they want in the country. Though they are working hard to take that away. It's supported by a group of hard working innovative people that care about good service, and take pride in what they do.
Cons
Upper management. Middle management. The current CEO knows nothing about aviation or running a service orientated company. They are all concerned only with the bottom line and self advancement. Margins have been reduced so far that many departments are understaffed and overworked. The airplanes too are under crewed due to lack of foresight. The employees are not given the tools to do the job they've been asked to do. Management has completely lost focus of who we are and what we stand for.
