Business Outlook
Pros
Prior to the economic meltdown in 2008 NetJets Internatinal was a great place to work. Compensation was good, benefits were excellent (401K - 50% match up to 15%, Tuition reimbursement, full health, dental, and vision coverage), and PTO was easy to utilize.
Cons
Since 2008, union negotiations left all non union members high and dry (relatively speaking). 401k matching was halted, tuition reimbursement was terminated, annual raises were not issued, and we had to start paying for health dental and vision. Company culture is relaxed (casual / bus. casual attire, and condensed work week for operations positions) and almost family like, but there has alwaysbeen favoritism to the recently (and partially unwillingly) unionized pilots.
