management try to offer big bonus to employees but not much raise in bases, yearly salary increase is marginal and some year you don't get any.
Cons
too many points here, let's just start with no much opportunities moving up and management preselects people to promote and international personal is living in hell, all of them. management is really manipulating and play games all the time in order to get talented people stay longer and not get much out of the career here. All in all, key words manipulating, deceiving and discriminating
