Management is a key part of this, as they consistently encourage us to take initiative, work on new things, and develop tools or applications that improve productivity. While the remote work flexibility is a significant benefit, the company could enhance its perks package. Currently, benefits like telephone bill reimbursement are not offered, and company outings are limited. Additionally, there appear to be no opportunities for onsite (international) assignments
