Strong culture and pay, but Needs Improvement - Regional Sales Manager Netskope Employee Review

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.

Great company to work with. Good work and good management. You do have to do some extra time even at late nights as and when required. Specially durnig any customer issues.

Not much helpful as I was laid off.
