Pros
Free food. Full work from home
Cons
Unmanageable work load. Workflows are colossally mismanaged. As a result workloads are impractically high. People work 10-12 hr days routinely doing a lot of grunt work, managing increadible badly written automation code. And if something goes wrong, which has a high probability of happening, given the completely mismanaged workflows, blame gets put completely on the individual engineers and there is a ritual of shaming. Add on call rotation on top of this mess. This leads to people being incredibly unhelpful to focus on their deliverables and keep themselves safe. Managers abusing engineers in meetings to establish their authority is a routine occurrence. The worst work culture I've been a part of by a long distance. I can't believe this company has a beer 4.2 star rating on Glassdoor. And hikes are peanuts. There's no real career growth based on what colleagues told me.
