Anyone can contact anyone without going through unnecessary management layers and there are no taboo topics. - While keeping people first, helping employees in trouble (which is especially visible during pandemic) and pushing for better life-work balance with additional company holidays and company events, individual performance is still accountable. - Excellent place for building a career. All positions are advertised internally and internal qualified hires are prioritised.
