      • Fantastic culture across all teams and levels of the organization. • From its inception, Netskope has led innovation in security and network transformation for enterprises worldwide. This journey for the whole industry is still in its infancy and this creates tremendous opportunities for growth and further innovation. • Best-in-class product with unmatched breadth and depth • All of this makes Netskope an exciting and fun place to work.

      Cons

      None I can think of. Even after nearly a decade, I feel as energized, if not more, as I did on day one.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
