Pros
*I laughed when I saw someone say the extra food, but I guess that's a pro. *There's a Netsmart T-shirt made for every occasion, so no need to go out and buy a wardrobe.
Cons
*Leadership. Leadership. Leadership. Those at the top said that it would not be a Mini-Cerner, but that is exactly what it has turned out to be. And not in a good way. *For every bad Glassdoor rating that's out there, leadership turns around and puts a good one in, but there's not much good to this company, so they just make stuff up, like the "fast paced environment that isn't for everybody." *The values and mission is on the walls and business cards, but it is not the case behind those glass doors. Doing less with more is the only motto. *Unless you are a white, male living in KC, career opportunities are very limited. *The turn over in just about every department (with the exception of Marketing) is high. Marketing is the only department worth their salt and I didn't even work in Marketing! *The lies they tell the employees is unreal and very disappointing, hence turn-over. Very shady how they "communicate" things - like the fact that they change the sales comp structure and don't tell them. *Operations has such a tight, strong-hold over every facet of the company and never has anything positive to say.
