Pros

Good holidays & sick pay.

Cons

Lots of internal bullying & intimidation, people are promoted because of who they know not what know, management try to tell you how to do your job yet never done it or experienced in it themselves, don’t follow through with the support that supposedly exists, spend a lot of time away from home - no work life balance, stuck in hotels with minimal social life and food is repetitive.
