      Great people, great history, lots of opportunities to try different roles and move around, great benefits, hybrid working,

      Cons

      lack of resources and cost cutting is creating a massive workload with associated pressure. Lots of red tape due to devolution meaning it's hard to get some things done in a timely manner.
