Inclusive recruitment drive to break stereotypes of ‘railway folk’. Interesting work and the opportunity to be involved in some of the UKs largest infrastructure projects.
Cons
Incredibly complex stakeholder environment with insecure funding streams. Not for the faint hearted or those who don’t like change. Salary bands need reworking, cannot progress through the pay scales without a formal promotion into a new role.
