Pros
Small firm with good work life balance. If you are not ambitious and want to spend time with the kids, there's plenty of opportunities for work from home and minimal hours.
Cons
With the hiring of a new individual to run IT and Ops, it has been a tailspin in the downward trajectory. The new management hired to lead the departments keep thinking it's a 20,000 to 200,000 employee firm, not the 2,000 employee firm it is. There is a constant game of how to save money by waist. Most projects are not thought out prior to implementation and cost the company additional millions, as the integration take 4X longer and the final product does not meet even the least expectations. It's more about the "process" then productivity. No growth opportunities within the firm. Stay for a few years and learn, then run somewhere else.
