      Pros

      Luckily, the environment was good enough for you to stay for at least a year. There are facilities you can enjoy with co-workers who are good to get along with.

      Cons

      Low pay, basic basic benefits, bonuses with a disclaimer. You thought it would be fine to start with a low pay budget a pay raise as they said you would, but after a year of working, you still won't get any. They'd say anything just to make you look like you are not qualified for a raise. What a big joke!

      Flexible hours, optional benefits, etc.

      Pros

      Easy work. Can work straight 8 hrs and leave for the day.

      Cons

      No PTO or Holiday pay unless you are salary employee. Only allowed 30 min break if you choose, otherwise you are expected to stay at your desk. Only allowed to take bathroom breaks. Constantly monitored by cameras installed in production area to make sure you're not talking or away from your desk too long.
