Pros
The salary and benefits package were decent.
Cons
The leadership group were gossiping with one another while the rest of the employees were supposed to ignore it. New hires were bothersome. Rather than getting them up to speed and quickly using them as a tool for success, they would give instruction strictly on a need-to-know basis. There was poor communication overall and the leadership was not transparent to the employees.
