- Priorities changed every other day. - Lack of a clear vision from management. - Hourly employees are treated like second class citizens (forced to use personal cell phones for work functions, lack of facility access, overtime is almost a bad word). - I was told by one employee, “Do you feel that? Do you feel the tension? It’s always there…” - Multiple co-workers told me they were about to quit. “It’s just not worth it.” - This is a company that brags about free snacks on their website. Yikes! Admittedly, this should have been a huge red flag. - Orientation was almost non-existent. “Here’s a video. Now watch another video.” - Exit interview seemed haphazard(seriously this a gripe with all of HR)
