Business Outlook
Pros
Small company. Proprietary solution. Opportunity. Local.
Cons
Like the title says, it’s a “Typical Privately-held Small Company.” The ownership is way, way, way too engaged in the day today operations: They are strangling it. I, personally, witnessed multiple power struggles between the CEO and the CIO. I never enjoyed the other referenced parks, such as snacks: My experience was that others use these as routine meals, which is why the freezer is always empty. Longer time employees are very, very territorial, which makes it difficult to onboard. The pay relative to the work load is just not worth it, especially, with the booming Austin market and other opps. And, benefits are VERY expensive, and not that great, at all.
