      Pros

      *great coworkers *work schedule worked for me *close to home *interesting but repetitive work *casual work environment *good springboard to other jobs (allegedly)

      Cons

      *MANAGEMENT, or lack thereof *rarely having supplies you need to complete tasks *inconsistencies in instructions and expectations *clock out to use the restroom?!? UMMM NO. never did!! *benefits were never extended despite being full time and doing paperwork for insurance at my orientation *right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing *NO LEADERSHIP *haphazard way of promoting unqualified individuals (aka COIN TOSS?!? yes, really)

      Pros

      Easy work. Can work straight 8 hrs and leave for the day.

      Cons

      No PTO or Holiday pay unless you are salary employee. Only allowed 30 min break if you choose, otherwise you are expected to stay at your desk. Only allowed to take bathroom breaks. Constantly monitored by cameras installed in production area to make sure you're not talking or away from your desk too long.
