Pros
Flexible shifts, some good co-workers
Cons
Dishonesty, bad care for patients, lack of supplies, management refuses to improve anything, no training, management refuses to answer questions or resolve situations necesary for quality service, stuff directed to do everything beond their responsibilities, no pay raise or appreciation even if you do far beyond your role, managers have no knowledge to be in their role, staff is quitting every week, some staff never get paid and quit, new staff often get wrong instructions regarding the pay. Staff with no education and experience asked to facilitate therapy groups and work with patients with no training, no team work or proper instructions or regular meetings for all staff. Food often served by staff with no food license, becauso of short of staff, so everyone do everything. Often one nurse on shift for the whole hospital, often that nurse is not even RN.
