Cons
It used to be a fun, creative, and collaborative place to work. Now its a bureaucratic nightmare. There's no real leadership at the top. Instead of being present and connected to the organization the CEO has put middle managers in place and created process as a substitute for impact. The lack of leadership and inspiration from the top coupled with the piles of paperwork and red tape have completely destroyed the culture in this organization and sent too many great employees running for the hills. It's been really sad to watch.
