      Family company...friendly and considerate. Working hard to become more competitive...knows its weaknesses. Flat structure makes it easy to raise issues up the chain.

      Cons

      Slow mover...follower - not a leader. Privately held so limited in the way it can compensate employees. Slow to move ineffective employees.
