Great Company - Terrible Upper Management - National Accounts New Balance Employee Review

I spent a year with NB in the corporate office in Brighton, MA. During that time I saw multiple people receive promotions due to favoritism as opposed to hard work. I also saw some very hard working people get demoted because they weren't part of the boys club. It's a shame.
