*No transparency when it comes to commissions, you could sell 5 of the same shower and you wouldn't get the same percentage commission for any of them. You could sell a 17k shower and only get 5%, when they tell you it’s 10-15% commission. They just added in their contract that you couldn't sue them, i wonder why. * the lead quality is not good at all, they promise 10-15… do not believe them. * The installers are not solely working for new bath, so they could show up with their own companies logo and gear on. Not what you are telling them in the presentation lol. Installers are either 1099 or w2, which also messes up your commission numbers. * You are not competitive with other companies, yes you are selling stone with no forward facing caulk or grout… but aluminum corrodes and the stone isnt even a quality stone. *long install times, borderline ridiculous sometimes. Also had multiple jobs messed up by “our” installers. * The trainer is a joke, you can tell he hasnt been in sales long
