Pros

Not much pro’s since they sold out. Work life balance is ok.

Cons

Leads are dried out. Have the highest prices in the industry. Lowest commissions. Bad management. You will get fed if you were one of the original sales reps, (employee id under 100. ) everyone else is expendable. You won’t get paid till after installation, and after they run up the install bill to where you won’t make any money.

Pros

It was a great place to work for until the buyout

Cons

After the buyout, the company has tanked. They killed the culture first, then disfunded the marketing, which in turn affected sales. After leaving, I see that a business report came out to say that they are practically on organ donor status, and are on life support. Glad I left when I did. It would have been sad to see the company I really loved die like it is.
