Health Insurance isn't the best, but its adequate. Thier customer is the government, so you will be on a contract basis. However, they take care of you as they are able to.

The people I worked with is where this place is great to work for.

Cons

The management responsible for IT does not understand IT and everything is patched together since the senior Administrator left the org. Under pay for the work that is given.
