Pros
This is such a great company. They have a wonderful, supportive, and caring management. My supervisor was always encouraging me to grow.
Cons
They are a small business that gets hired as a subcontractor on government contracts. That's not the con. The con is the large businesses they tend to work under are horrible and treat their employees poorly and their subcontractors even worse. I worked for this company as a subcontractor under DCS and Jacobs Technologies. Both were bad, but DCS was far worse.
