Pros

The marketing team was great to work with, they were all very helpful and pushing towards the same goal of promoting the Revolution brand and attracting more fans to come to the games.

Cons

Due to the large amount of Grassroots Marketing Reps, it was tough to get hours. Also, the minimum wage meant that a lot of other employees were working additional jobs.

Pros

Excellent camaraderie among the entire digital/social teams. Manager was very friendly and easy to work with. Being around the team so much was cool.

Cons

My manager was great but the head coach himself was not pleasant to work with. Upper management and even the coach sometimes took a heavy hand in content decisions. It was a first for me to be in such a big role as well and there were definitely some growing pains.
