Pros

The main pro is writing Kraft on your resume. At some points it is fun because you work behind the scenes at big games and meet lots of different athletes. Also, the perks can include attending special events and other sporting events if you are in the right clique.

Cons

It's frustratingly clear to employees, players and fans alike that ownership doesn't take the team as seriously as the New England Patriots. There is also no room for growth, so there is low morale and high employee turnover. The pay is very low and most employees work 50+ hours/week. Also the company offers minimal incentives or rewards, and is extremely hard on the sales staff.

Pros

Excellent camaraderie among the entire digital/social teams. Manager was very friendly and easy to work with. Being around the team so much was cool.

Cons

My manager was great but the head coach himself was not pleasant to work with. Upper management and even the coach sometimes took a heavy hand in content decisions. It was a first for me to be in such a big role as well and there were definitely some growing pains.
