Teaching is a rewarding profession and I love doing it. Better county pay supplement than the rest of state.

Cons

The school system seems to be lacking stability and job cuts and/or shuffles are commonplace. Pay does not keep up with private sector Benefits seem to be getting cut, it seems like the state wants to slowly erode these away and move towards charter.
