Pros
Flexible scheduling. Freedom to pick and choose which clients we feel comfortable with. Company will replace any damaged items.
Cons
No medical benefits for over 6 months, super strict attendance policy, no PTO accrued during first 90 days, you always have to wait on hold for at least 5 mins to get someone in the office, they only train you for two days and cpr training is virtual, they don't care about their clients. They don't teach bedside manner and they don't care that their care givers are being abusive and neglecting their clients. Tons of people just come in and watch tv and don't complete any of their tasks and leave them living in filth. It's disgusting and embarrassing but I need this job. And all my clients are super grateful to have me and I feel like I can't leave them because they might get abused again.
