Pros
The client's are the best part of the job some can be difficult. But helping those in need is one of the reasons for working there. The other is for a paycheck because we all have bill's.
Cons
Office and management are very unorganized lack of communication. Benefits or only truly for office and management Care givers have to work for benefits based on hours worked. Breaks are a joke you get 3 ten minutes breaks for 12 hours no lunch. That's only if you can step away for 10 minutes alot of clients can't be left alone. I read a review that said paid lunch. That's for office and management only. Even the training on the first day they provide you lunch and tell you lunch is provided. But that's only the first day day 2 comes you don't bring anything but you are on your own. No guarantee of hours or pay unless you have no life or driving everywhere any shifts no gas or paid driving time from one client to the next.
