Pros

Having a full staff 24/7 to help with your questions, scheduling works with you to fit your schedule and what's best for you, your clients have an ability to contact the office if they want you full time, super quick response time, adequate pay for Drive Time, scheduling reaches out to you on the daily to make sure everything is going well and outreaches for extra shifts that are available

Cons

To be honest there's not much of a downside to this company that I have found, the only thing I would say is once you start you can't view your hours until ADP can view your first paycheck so your first hours are not viewable to you

Pros

The clients appreciate you. They really do, and they'll let you know how happy they are to have you. This job does make a real difference in people's lives day by day. A lot of independence and trust is placed in you as a CG. I appreciate that.

Cons

You never really know what you're walking into. No matter what the care plan says there will often times be issues not stated in the care plan, no matter how many questions you ask for clarification. Usually environmental challenges. Clients normally get 40 reimbursable miles a month and after those are gone (they go quick), its at the caregivers expense to run errands for the client.
