Pros
theres nothing i can say positively about this company
Cons
in my opinion, the workplace culture within my area was highly competitive, political, and psychologically draining. Employees were encouraged to compete against one another for recognition and compensation rather than consistently operate as a unified team. I observed coworkers being publicly questioned, criticized, and undermined in front of broad audiences. At the same time, certain long-tenured or highly valued employees appeared to receive greater tolerance for disrespectful behavior. In my view, perceived performance and internal status were sometimes prioritized over how employees treated their colleagues. When I raised repeated concerns about a coworker’s conduct, I did not feel protected or supported by management. I felt that the focus shifted toward my reactions and performance rather than meaningfully addressing the behavior I had reported. I also felt that speaking up negatively affected my experience and my confidence that I could continue developing my career within the organization. Communication on my team frequently felt blame-focused rather than collaborative. Employees were quick to point fingers, protect themselves, and question one another publicly instead of resolving problems collectively. This created an environment with very little trust or psychological safety.
