Positive but limited - Recruiter New York Technology Partners Employee Review

I know they say it's a poor workman who blames his tools however they are really behind here. Being hamstrung on tooling in an evermore automated and technically rich environment matters more than I think they might realize. But tools cost money so I can understand why they want to keep this cost down. That said, the clients are the real issue. They're bad, I could list all the reasons why but I'll spare the detail and just say they will have a very hard time and so will any recruiters who work here who want to do well and make money.
