A very interesting experience - Anonymous employee New York Technology Partners Employee Review

The office was full of young college grads at the time and sometimes felt more like frat house than a business office. The culture was very relaxed. The President at the time was very close with the frat boys and would often go to lunch with them, making it a very divided office. Also not the most culturally sensitive environment though very diverse. Management also wasn't the most ethical bunch when it came to rates. They say they don't work with layers, but for the right price would and not tell the contractor or client. Also they pay once a month
