Too Much Micromanagement and bully environment - Lead Recruiter New York Technology Partners Employee Review

Senior management is out of touch with the daily operations on the floor. It feels like I'm just following a few email instructions, with no room to apply my experience or utilize my database. I have little control over my workload, and a few individuals dominate the entire office, almost as if they own the company. Additionally, the salary is far below market standards, with no clear path for meaningful raises or increments.
